Growth Lab Press is an independent publishing imprint operated by Sunday Olagundoye. Michael Bennett is Sunday Olagundoye's publishing pen name.
Sunday Olagundoye operates Growth Lab Press and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Information collected
A direct order includes the information needed to process and fulfill it, such as your name, email address, delivery address, order details, payment status and customer-service updates. A support request includes your name, email address, message and any order reference you provide. Newsletter signup includes your email address, optional name and recorded consent.

Customer records and email choices
Growth Lab Press keeps a private customer record with your name, email address, country, order history, support history, internal notes, follow-ups and reader tags. Full delivery addresses, telephone numbers and card details are not stored in the customer CRM. Purchasing a book does not subscribe you to marketing email. Newsletter consent is recorded separately and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment, production and delivery providers
Stripe handles payment information and payment status. Growth Lab Press does not receive your full card number. Our production and delivery provider receives the order information needed to prepare and deliver your book. Website hosting and security providers process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
Store engagement measurement
The website records daily aggregate counts for page views, book and reader-guide views, direct-checkout stages, checkout errors, fixed-choice purchase feedback and newsletter signups. It also records an external referring website and campaign labels when present. These aggregate counts do not use cookies, IP addresses or visitor identifiers.
If you allow analytics, the website also creates a pseudonymous visitor identifier and a session identifier. Detailed reports can then show consented visitor and session totals, broad country or region, device category, traffic source and checkout progress. The website derives country and device category on the server and does not retain your IP address or full browser description for analytics. Detailed first-party analytics events are removed after 90 days.
Microsoft Clarity behavior analytics
With your permission, Microsoft Clarity records interactions on public store pages, including navigation, clicks, scrolling, device type, browser, country or region and diagnostic events. Growth Lab Press uses session recordings and heatmaps to find store and checkout problems. Forms containing names, email addresses, postal codes, order references, discount codes or support messages are masked. Private admin pages are excluded. Clarity advertising storage stays disabled.
Standard Clarity playback data is retained for 30 days. Labeled or favorited sessions and heatmap data can be retained for up to nine months. Use Cookie settings to allow, decline or later withdraw analytics permission.
Facebook advertising measurement
With your permission, the website loads the Meta Pixel to measure visits from Facebook and Instagram ads. It records page views, views of book pages, checkout starts and verified purchases. A purchase event includes the book identifier, order value and currency. Growth Lab Press does not send your full card number or delivery address to Meta.
Meta can use cookies and browser or device information for ad measurement under its own privacy terms. Advertising permission is separate from analytics permission. You can decline either and continue using the store. Use Cookie settings to change your choice.
Retention and security
Order, customer, consent, support and accounting records are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, respect email choices, resolve concerns and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service offers absolute security.
International processing
Payment, production, delivery and website infrastructure providers can process information in countries outside your own. Their privacy terms describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain uses, or complain to a privacy regulator. Some records must be kept when required by law.
