Where we ship
Direct checkout supports Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia for titles marked Buy direct. A delivery destination appears only when the title has a verified direct-order setup for that market.
Shipping charges
Books marked “delivery included” have no separate standard delivery fee. After a postcode is entered, any available tracked or faster service appears with its live upgrade fee and full order total before payment. For other books, the delivery charge and full order total appear before payment.
Preparation and delivery estimates
Paperbacks are normally prepared within 3 to 5 working days before dispatch. Carrier transit is usually 1 to 10 working days. Allow 4 to 15 working days in total. Available services and estimated dates appear after the postcode is entered. Customs, peak periods, carrier delays and local conditions affect delivery, so estimates are not guaranteed.
