Orders and payment
The book price, any valid discount, any separate delivery charge, tax and full order total appear before payment. Checkout is processed securely.
Discount codes
A discount code applies only when accepted during direct website checkout. Codes can have start dates, end dates and usage limits. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise. Growth Lab Press can withdraw a code before it is used.
Orders and delivery
Available destinations appear during checkout. A book marked “delivery included” has no separate standard delivery fee. Any selected tracked or faster service and its live upgrade fee appear before payment. Delivery dates are estimates. Faster shipping offers a shorter verified carrier transit time. Customs, carriers and local conditions can affect delivery. We email an update when the order is on the way and include tracking when the selected service provides it.
Cancellations, returns and order concerns
Contact support promptly with your order number if you need to request a cancellation. Orders enter fulfillment quickly, so a cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment starts. Contact Growth Lab Press before returning a book.
Report a damaged, defective or misprinted book within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs and a description of the issue. Confirmed defects qualify for an appropriate replacement or refund with no restocking fee. Growth Lab Press provides a prepaid return label or reimburses reasonable tracked return postage when an approved return by post is required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned book is received or a physical return is waived. Non-defective change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required by applicable consumer law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

The website’s text, branding, book covers, illustrations and other original materials belong to Growth Lab Press, Michael Bennett or their respective rights holders. They must not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.
