How much does shipping cost?

Will I receive tracking?
We will email you when your book is on the way and include tracking when the selected service provides it.
What if my book arrives damaged or defective?
Email support@growthlabcrm.ca. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review confirmed damage or manufacturing defects and explain the replacement or refund options.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Contact support promptly with your order number. Orders enter fulfillment quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment starts. Return eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, the order status and the condition of the book.
